I work with safaricom call center and am so tired of that place because of my manager who has conspired to make my stay there a living hell.My manager is so discriminative,with negative attitude and in human.She treats people like robots only there to obey ordered and be pushed around.i swear if it was not that intimidative enviroment i could have given her a piece of the resentment i feel.God help me i think of resigning,my job type is an mental and psychological demanding,add that to a stressful manager,You get hell in your workplace.

I’m very sorry to hear of a boss who’s a bully. Is there any chance you can line up another job with a kinder environment and then quit this one?
